This week’s session was focused on Positive Thinking as part of the HR initiative for staff training and development. The session reinforced the value of encouraging employees to think positively.

The session provided the techniques such as mindfulness, the significance of gratitude, finding the good in disappointments, meditation and healthy networking communication. Practicing mindfulness can be a way to build self-awareness and become more conscious of how your negative thoughts affect your moods and behaviors. Actively pursuing positive thoughts can help you eventually learn to become a more positive thinker. A company that fosters an optimistic mindset will not only enjoy increased creativity and improved productivity but will also see an increase in employee retention rates.
