Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, redirect them as necessary, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations and visitor requirements.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct clients/customers to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a diploma in office administration is a plus.
- Prior experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
