Itecknologi surpasses 250,000 customers across pakistan

KARACHI: iTecknologi Group has surpassed 250,000 customers nationwide, marking a significant milestone in its growth and highlighting its evolution into a diversified provider of tracking, Internet of Things (IoT), automation and enterprise technology solutions.

The achievement follows the company’s announcement of 150,000 customers in July 2024 and reflects the expanding reach of its services across Pakistan. Alongside its established vehicle-tracking business, the group’s project portfolio encompasses toll management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and the digitisation of organisational workflows.

Its tracking and fleet-management services combine mobile access, WhatsApp-based tracking, driving-behaviour insights, maintenance management and a 24/7 control room. These capabilities help individuals stay connected to their vehicles and enable businesses to exercise greater oversight of fleet activity.

The company’s IoT approach connects physical assets with digital systems, bringing operational information into dashboards and monitoring tools. Applications include asset visibility, fuel monitoring and vehicle-use analysis, helping organisations identify exceptions, assess operating patterns and make better-informed decisions. The emphasis is on translating data into practical information that managers can use.

In transport infrastructure, iTecknologi’s toll-management work extends its technology capabilities into transaction processing and operational oversight. Such systems bring together vehicle-passage records, toll transactions and reporting to support reconciliation, management visibility and accountability. This represents a broader application of connected technology to the movement of vehicles and the administration of transport services.

Its enterprise technology work includes ERP and integrated management systems, addressing the need to connect departmental processes and reduce fragmented record-keeping. These solutions can bring finance, procurement, inventory, human resources and administrative workflows into a shared operating framework, with structured approvals, controlled access and consolidated reporting. Digital portals, document management and application-processing workflows further support the transition from manual procedures to traceable electronic records.

Commenting on the milestone, Salman Hussain, Group CEO of iTecknologi, said: “Crossing 250,000 customers is a proud moment for our entire team. Behind this achievement is the trust of our customers, the dedication of our people and the support of our partners. Our responsibility now is to build on that trust through meaningful innovation, dependable service and technology that creates real value. We thank Pakistan for being part of this journey.”

Across these areas, the company’s focus remains on adapting technology to operational requirements. Combining software, connected devices and customer support allows it to address both individual needs and more complex organisational processes, while keeping usability and service delivery central to its approach.

As iTecknologi celebrates this milestone, it remains focused on developing practical solutions, strengthening the customer experience and contributing to Pakistan’s digital transformation.
