Since communication skills are an important element in the corporate culture, HR department of iTecknologi Group of Companies, organized a training session for the effectiveness and do’s and don’t’s of communication ‘Communication 2.0’

The whole session was focused on the importance of communication and benefits as one cannot climb the ladder of success without being an effective communicator. Even if you are an introvert, you need to come out of your shell in order to work well with your team. Teamwork cannot be executed if you do not communicate well with your teammates. This can even hamper your work and slow down your performance. It is always a good idea to maintain healthy communication, not just with your boss but also with all your co-workers.
