iTecknologi Group of Companies had the opportunity to participate in the Career Fair 2023 organized by the Institute of Business Management (Iobm), and connect with talented individuals looking for new opportunities. This was an exciting experience for us, as we have always valued the opportunity to engage with potential candidates and share more about our company culture and available job openings.
At the fair, we set up a booth, showcased our company brand, and offered informational materials about our company and the available job opportunities. Our team was ready and eager to answer questions and engage with visitors to the booth. We were impressed by the level of interest and engagement from the attendees.
Throughout the day, we had numerous conversations with students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. It was great to hear their stories and aspirations, and to share our company vision and how we can support their career growth. We also collected resumes and made sure to follow up with all the interested candidates after the fair.
Being a part of the career fair allowed us to reach a large and diverse group of talented individuals, and we are confident that we have made some valuable connections that will benefit both our company and the individuals we met. We are already looking forward to participating in future career fairs and continuing to build our talent network.
