iTecknologi Group Of Companies Organized A Lunch Get Together For The Admin Staff Of The Company
December is the time of the year when companies celebrate their work successes, achievements, milestones, hard work and efforts showed by the teams over the year. Unfortunately, housekeeping and office working staff are not involved as a part of these celebrations. Housekeeping staff and workers carry out a wide range of duties that are essential to the smooth running of any organization.
Housekeepers often go underappreciated and working hard behind the scenes without praise or recognition is a norm for several organizations. However, at iTecknologi Group of Companies, we ensure that every little effort of all our teams at all levels does not go unappreciated.
Following our culture of celebrations and festivities to motivate our employees woven around our work infrastructure, the management at iTecknologi Group of Companies organized a lunch plan at Clock Tower for all the housekeeping and admin staff of our Karachi office. The lunch provided an opportunity for the entire Admin Department to relax and bond with each other.
Many of the cleaners work outside of the usual shift patterns, ensuring that the workplace tidiness and safety and facilitating the employees and management of the company. Therefore, special efforts and initiatives are required to make sure that these workers are motivated and their efforts don’t lead to burnout and a cohesive workplace decorum is maintained.
